Combining my theoretical knowledge of multilateralism at the EU level with practical experience at the UNâthe epitome of multilateral frameworksâhas provided me with invaluable insights into the critical role of consultation, cooperation, and the development of shared norms among States for achieving sustainable peace.
In times when global peace is threatened by wars and conflicts, it is paramount to remember that multilateralism has delivered tangible results and facilitated international agreements across numerous sectors. Letâs continue to uphold and believe in the power of multilateralism to build a peaceful future for all.Â
